Heavenly Tea Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide to us during your online purchasing experience will be used only to process your online order. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. In order to process your online order, we must gather your name, email address, credit card number, expiration date, the name printed on your card as well as the billing address of your account, your shipping address (if different than your credit card billing address), and your phone number. We also collect the number on the back of your card to verify ownership of the card and that no one has gathered your credit card information in a fraudulent way. We need this information to process and fulfill your order, to notify you of your order, and to notify you of your order status.
Cookies
A "cookie" is information stored in your computer by a Web server and used to customize your web service. Cookies allow the Heavenly Tea Inc. checkout system to remember your selections as you shop. You may choose not to accept cookies on the Heavenly Tea Inc. web site, but you will not be able to purchase online. You can phone your orders at 1-800-991-0TEA if you so desire.

When you provide us with personal information to process your online order, we collect this information using a secure Internet server employing the industry standard secure transmission protocol know as SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL encrypts the personal data you send us, ensuring that this information is sent to us privately and securely. One received, we protect your information against unauthorized access. We will never contact you by phone or e-mail to ask for your credit card information. If you receive a phone call requesting such information - DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. Instead, tell us of this contact via e-mail. A Heavenly Tea Company representative may contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm the details of your order if required for fulfillment.
Shipping
Your order will be securely shipped to you via U.P.S. or similar standard ground service. Please allow for weekends and holidays. The first day of shipping is the next business day after your package ships. Below is a map of the normal UPS ground shipping durations:

At the present time orders can only ship within the United States.
All orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to an additional $10.00 shipping fee.
All deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be made via USPS or similar ground service. Please allow for up to 5 additional business days for all deliveries to P.O. Boxes.
If payment is made by check, we may hold the item(s) for up to an additional 10 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
We may from time to time ship orders via USPS, Fed- Ex or similiar service. We do this only in instances when an alternative shipping method can provide the best service and/or cost to our customers.

Heavenly Tea's Refund and Exchange Policy
Heavenly Tea pledges complete satisfaction, guaranteed. If, for any reason, your expectations are not met, simply return your purchase and we will gladly replace it or refund your money within 15 days of purchase.
Accessories including teaware must be unused, in their original packaging and in new condition upon receipt. If item is found used, Heavenly Tea will not be able to issue a refund.
Items damaged during shipping will need to be claimed by e-mail or phone within 48 hours and you will need to save the damaged product as well as all packaging. Once the shipping company has determined that the product was damaged during shipping, you will recieve the item again at no extra cost.
