Works for me!
Switch to this from Yogi Bedtime. I switched mainly because of cost, but subjectively this feels just as effective. I have a hard time getting back to sleep if i get woken up and a nightly cup of this in conjunction with a hearty dose of CBD as i'm winding down in bed continues to serve me well.
